Eric DeLange is a strategic and seasoned leader with deep experience building hyper-performing sales organizations and delivering exceptional results in dynamic environments. With a career spanning over 21 years in digital advertising, media, and ad tech, Eric has been at the forefront of key industry trends, including mobile, video, programmatic, and social media.
Eric started his career at Yahoo in 2006 before transitioning into the burgeoning realm of mobile advertising at Admob, one of the pioneering mobile app networks following the launch of the iPhone in 2007. At Admob, Eric played a pivotal role in building the ads business from the ground up, which culminated in the company being acquired by Google in 2009. After joining Google, Eric led Mobile Display Solutions for North America, where he spearheaded the development, leadership, and launch of Google's mobile display ads strategy. His efforts helped Google reach a $1B+ annual run rate for mobile ad revenue for the first time in the company¡¯s history. In 2013, Eric joined PlaceIQ, a trailblazer in location-based advertising and analytics, where he led East Coast sales. There, he played an instrumental role in the launch of their programmatic and managed service ad platforms, contributing to the company's success and eventual acquisition.
In 2015, Eric joined Snap, Inc. as a key hire prior to the company's IPO. Over his 8+ years at Snap, Eric led a number of verticals for the US, including Telco, Finance, Travel, Auto, Health and Government. Under his leadership, these verticals collectively generated over $1 billion in revenue. Eric launched the non-endemic business at Walmart Connect in 2024 before joining Reddit to lead Finance and Travel for the US in May of 2025.
Eric lives in Fair Haven, NJ with his wife Laura, kids Charlie and Claire, and dog Rosie. As a musician in his spare time, you can catch him on weekends playing with his band at local spots in and around NYC.
