The Phocuswright Conference room block
We are pleased to offer conference attendees an exclusive rate of $339 per night plus tax. A limited number of rooms are available at this special rate, reserved exclusively for registered conference attendees. Please note that individuals who book within the room block but are not registered for the event will be removed from the block and charged the prevailing public rate by the hotel.
As a bonus, we are waiving the $42 daily destination fee for attendees who book within the room block, with a two-night minimum stay required.
Cancellation Policy:
To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to one night¡¯s room and tax is required. Cancellations made before October 9, 2025, can be made without penalty. After this date, the one-night deposit is non-refundable and will be charged to the card on file for each reservation. Cancellations after the deadline will forfeit the deposit.
